The Accelerated learning program for grades 9 and 10 lets the students be part of a separate section where science and mathematics is taught by the expert faculty of Kshetra. They have an enhanced curriculum for these two subjects that helps them excel in various Olympiads and gives them an edge for their CBSE boards. These two subjects are assessed separately based on the format of the competitive exams. Thus the students get a chance to get an extra edge and also do not have to sacrifice their extra-curricular activities. They get the best of both worlds.

International Day of Yoga and World Music Day

DPS Miyapur celebrated Yoga & Music Day with great enthusiasm as Grade 5 students showcased the power of wellness through skits, yoga asanas, and music. Chief Guest Dr. Gautam Samanta joined the students in performing yoga and praised their talents. A soulful choir performance and meditation session added to the vibrant atmosphere. The event ended on a patriotic note with the National Anthem.

On June 20, 2025, UKG students at DPS Miyapur joyfully celebrated Father’s Day, honoring the love and guidance of fathers. The event featured heartfelt performances, including songs, dances, and a skit about different types of dads. Children gifted handmade thank-you cards, bringing smiles to every father. Fun games with LKG and UKG kids added to the joy, making it a truly memorable celebration.

MILLET FAIR 2025

On April 23, 2025, Grade 8 students of DPS Miyapur hosted Shree Ann – The Millet Fair as part of CBSE’s Poshan Pakhwada initiative. Inaugurated by Vice-Principal Ms. Raina Bhatt, the fair featured creative stalls, informative charts, a humorous puppet show, and a lively skit on healthy eating. Students showcased homemade millet snacks, promoting millets as nutritious alternatives. The event was both educational and fun, highlighting the health and environmental benefits of millets.

Adelix 2025 Summer Camp

Grades 8–11 attended a three-day workshop from 28–30 April conducted by Adelix Company, exploring drone technology including quadcopters, fixed-wing drones, and AI-powered UAVs. A live demo with artificial rain thrilled students. With 95 participants, the workshop offered hands-on learning and innovation.

MOTHER'S DAY CELEBRATIONS GRADE II F TO J 2025

Our school celebrated Mother’s Day with a joyful two-day event led by Grade II students. The program included songs, a ramp walk with moms, and heartfelt messages. Special guests shared health tips for families. A decorated Selfie Corner and handmade gifts added to the fun. It was a memorable tribute to the love and care of mothers.

Mother’s Day was celebrated with great joy by our pre-primary students. Little ones made beautiful cards and crafts for their moms. They sang songs, danced, and shared special messages of love. The celebration was filled with smiles, hugs, and lots of love. It was a heartwarming day to honor our wonderful mothers!
